Graham Central Properties
GRAHAM CENTRAL PROPERTIES is a boutique real estate agency of select realtors. We are a small group with advanced experience and high integrity. Our business is solidly based on relationships and reputation. Almost all of our clients are referred to us by former clients or they are repeat clients. We are most proud of that!
Unlike the current trend in real estate to assign a "team" to the client, we at Graham Central Properties are individually willing and capable of handling the entire process from beginning to end. We are accessible and accountable to our client as well as to the outside brokerage company. One hand knows what the other hand is doing from our end of a transaction, with no excuses or miscommunication between "team" links. This does not follow the model of volume based organizations, which is just one aspect that defines us as boutique.
We genuinely value and appreciate those who have worked with us over the past 30 years. Thank you for the love, trust, and loyalty. And for those whose paths we have yet to cross, we hope to have the opportunity to assist you in your future real estate sale or purchase. We have successfully sold and will continue to sell houses, condominiums, building lots, ranches, commercial properties, and multi-family properties.
